    I don't know where you get the idea that I'm defending Obama. He's not even part of this discussion. This thread is discussing Rand Paul, no?

    And others.
    I also said that there is a real reason that the left wing and right are attacking him and for me that's a good thing.
    We can have another Obushma
    Or another Hillchaney
    Not for me however. I want to hear what he has to say. Already heard the Obama lies and Hillary sympathizing BS

    Not trying to go on the attack here, but it seems almost like you are deflecting from the flaws of your preferred candidate. I'm not an Obama supporter. Wasn't in 08, wasn't in '12, and I'm not now. So pointing at Obama and saying "oh, well he does it too" doesn't really do much for ya. I don't care. I know he's a flip flop, that's why I don't like him. This is a Rand Paul discussion thread, and Rand's frequent flip flops (usually in the realm of foreign policy) were brought up. Can you dispute the claims, justify the flip flops, or otherwise defend his actions without pointing fingers at other politicians? Or is this just the wrong thread for you? Cause I can direct you to an Obama bashing thread, there's plenty of 'em here.

    If Clinton even gets the nomination, which isn't as inevitable as many would like to think, I can't really see her doing all that great. Especially if the GOP puts Jeb Bush or Rand Paul up. I could see her easily dispatching a far-right nutter like Ted Cruz, but I can't see her lasting against a more moderate candidate or, in the case of Paul, a candidate with positions to the left of her.

    Democrats aren't the only ones! It would be nice to get a female candidate, but not Hillbilly. I do not trust her at all.

    The only problem is there is really only one plausible female that the GOP could put up, that being Gov. Susana Martinez of New Mexico. Gov. Mary Fallin of Oklahoma has too much baggage to be considered for 2020. The problem is neither Governor has much desire for the White House or making a run.
