I have read that the guardsmen were never tried because the judge determined there was not enough evidence to warrant a trial. Do you think that was the case? Or is there a conspiracy theory out there in relation to this?

 

The conspiracy is that those "kids" those national guardsmen were just kids who got "scared" and shot off their guns as though they were toy burp guns, not loaded killing machines.
