My Russian is miserable, but a friend showed and translated this Russian video:

Russian supporter of President Putin (Russian doctor) explains why Russia is losing the Ukraine war, here are main points:

    Russians soldiers have no motivation.

    Russian soldiers are not trained.

Russian soldiers have no proper equipment.

90% of Russian officers are idiots and 10% are traitors.

If he is saying truth, the only Putin solution to win this war is nuclear attack or to destroy the Dnieper dam and to drawn thousand of people. Russians have experiences, they already did it in 1941:

This video is a good analysis of the problems with the Russian military. But it is in english, so maybe not very useful to you. A brief synopsis (that hopefully can be put into a translator):

An estimate based on past whistleblowers and some independent analysis attributes approximately 20% of the Russian military's resources are lost to corruption. This can be money stolen by corrupt officials, fraudulent contracts, supplies that go missing, fuel and even wiring stolen from vehicles and sold illegally, personnel writing fake maintenance reports, even entire combat training missions that are faked by commanders who would rather profit from the fuel and ammo instead of using it.

This happens in every military to some degree, but the Russian military in particular has an especially bad problem with it, due in large part to a lack of bureaucratic oversite. Or to rephrase- there arent enough eyes on the documentation to keep anyone honest, and the low pay for the low ranking troops creates more incentive for them to participate in the corruption than to try to report it.

A 20% reduction in resources equates to a far greater than 20% reduction in military effectiveness or combat strength. For example, a combat unit that is 80% equipped but has no food at all is not going to be 80% effective, they will be far less effective. A T90 that has only had 20% of the copper wiring stripped out of its targetting systems is still going to be 0% effective, even though most of the T90 is still there. A mechanized infantry unit that manages to make it to the front with everything they need except their radios is not going to be combat effective.

This will innevitably devastate moral for any fighting force, no matter how initially motivated they start out, when they find that the most simple and basic things they need to survive simply arent there when they need them.
