What we know that it was a.very simple test which any person living today should be able to pass.

The test was written by McGraw Hill in Chicago and measured applicants ability to read bus schedules and other common reading tasks.

Government tells us that blacks were more likely to fail and only blacks were given money which amounted to a reward for being ignorant.

In CSU, Latino becomes the largest group a few years ago.

In UC, last year, 1389 more Latino Freshmen than white.

The reality is that whether Black people just lack intelligence or they have a culture that denigrates learning ("actin' white") or most likley both then they will never be able to keep up with Chinese kids who are more intelligent and have a culture of learning.

Jews have been through incredible persecution but oddly they don't need affirmative action do they? They arrived off the boats penniless and had become middle class in a generation.
