I'm always entertained when one of the leftist posters start spewing junk about "what if" scenarios. Some of them claim they own firearms. Some of them even say they belong to "gun clubs" without demonstrating one shred of knowledge on the subject of either firearms or their tactical use. In short, even if they claim to own and use them, there's no real good reason to really have them. If you do, they should be locked up so tight in your home that it would take an hour and half to recover and load them, that is if you even have the ammunition. Lets put our so called liberal gun owners to the test and see just exactly how they truly know about self defense and firearms.

So you think people can ONLY own guns for self defense? Newsflash....some are of us just enjoy target shooting. Some of us don’t feel the need to have a gun on the nightstand. Even when I lived in South Boston I had my guns locked up. At that time I had a S&W 686 and a Sig 229.
Just because you feel the need to have your gun at the ready every moment of the day doesn’t mean everyone else does.
One doesn’t have to have tactical knowledge to belong to a gun club to target shoot. My club has two pistol ranges. One for target shooting and one for tactical shooting. So apparently my club understands that there are those who are only interested in target shooting. Go figure.

There are those who are prepared to exercise personal responsibility and independence, and there are those who are prepared to exercise reliance on government services should something go wrong. Some wish to take care of themselves, some wish to be taken care of.

You think the govt is going to help me in the one in gazillion chance someone breaks into my house? Haha...man that is a laugh.

I have children and grandchildren that live with me. I keep my guns locked up, but I also teach them about gun safety. It's the same as teaching children about 'stranger danger'.
My recommendation for someone wanting quick access to a loaded handgun is the minivault or multivault. The buttons are finger grooved and can be found in the dark without turning on a light.
I don't so much worry about a home invasion. My dogs tend to keep people away.

If the chances were so slim of having ones home broken in, why are Police in major cities busy all night responding to break ins ?
I served in Law Enforcement for much of my adult life.

This is just Political ranting not based on reality or facts.

The I own(ed) Guns Anit Gunner, the discredited rants of a person in denial.

According to the DOJ, home invasions (a break-in where at least one resident is at home) happen about one million times a year, with death or injury to the resident about 26% of the time. See "Victimization During Household Burglary, 2010".

Not ‘known’ for target shooting? Hahahaha why not? Why can’t you use either of those guns to shoot at targets???
I said my range has a target shooting range and a tactical range. The tactical range is for drawing, moving and shooting. The target range is for stand still already drawn target shooting. You can keep swinging but you’ll fail every time

So one million occurrences out of 126 million households?

Who said it was in a bay? Ever hear of an outdoor range? My club has one indoor pistol range. One outdoor rifle range. And now two outdoor pistol ranges. One being a tactical range the other a target ranges. Again, keep swinging as it’s fun swatting you down.

When have I called Trump a liar?

Why are my statements questionable? Do tell.

Why would you ask about the trigger when you clearly have no interest in using the 229 for target shooting based on your earlier comment? Let’s just say it was good enough for target shooting.

There is an estimated two million home burglaries reported in the united states each year. Hardly a "one in a gazillion" chance as was claimed by yourself.

Out of 126 million households. Pretty miniscule.

And that's just what is reported. Of course exaggeration and outright untruths are common from the stated poster.

Liked it fine. I had no problems. Of course you know it’s subjective. Some will think the pull is too heavy or too much trigger creep, etc. It was more than fine for shooting at a target.
My club only allows paper targets.

Therefore you can't describe the trigger at all or the variants associated with the 229. Got it.

You really think there’s a large amount of people NOT reporting being burglarized? Talk about disingenuous.

And you think all crime is reported? Hell in liberal la la world you can still accuse somebody of rape 50 years later and expect to be believed

Hahahaha man you are desperate. You said you were going to ‘skewer’ me and so far you’ve failed and now grasping at straws with this whole trigger crap. You have issues

You should be able to describe the trigger. You can't and everybody here knows it. You're in way over your head and you don't realize how much.

I told you it was fine enough for me. That others might disagree because of the heavy pull or creep. Mine had a little creep but not enough to bother me. What specifically do you want to know and I’ll answer it.
You’re just playing games by asking me a vague question and then thinking you ‘got me’ because I didn’t answer you the way you wanted me to. You’re being a child.

What you've demonstrated is a total lack of even the very basics on the subject, something many, if not all of us are fully aware of.

Really? Why because I didn’t describe the trigger like you did???
The trigger is good but not excellent”
Wow...you really demonstrated such incredible knowledge with that trigger description. Hahahahaha. I at least talked about trigger pull and creep. You. Are. Desperate.
