    This I have no problem with unlike sports being a biological male doesn't give him any unfair advantages in this type of contest if anything it might be a disadvantage

    I would say in this case it would be an advantage. These sorts of things are under a lot of pressure for being misogynistic which to me sounds ridiculous. Improve that they're not. It's why a lot of companies engage in wokeness

    If that's the case than she did. If you seek approval of judges they decide who deserves what. It's their award they decide who deserves it based on their judgment.

    Only answer here is doing participate in beauty competitions where the judges prefer trans people.

    Contest that are settled by judgement It's sometimes rather difficult to make that determination
