Within the CTA (Common Travel Area) that is the British Isles, from within the CTA, it's up to each country be it England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, it's up to that country.
Britain seems okay with it, Scotland only caring about travel from a certain part of England on the other side of the country to me, but Scotland are fine with me, as are Wales who don't care where in England you're travelling from, Northern Ireland however requires Rapid Lateral Flow Tests, one before you go, one on your 2nd day and one on your 8th day.

Anyone needed to any tests for travelling anywhere?

I'm looking to travel around the UK and I'm based in London, England, and I want to go to Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland next year on one trip/tour of the UK, is it too soon to know if we'd still need these tests for early Summer/late Spring 2022?

No idea what the future holds. I know earlier this year here in the US you needed to test to and from Hawaii but not Puerto Rico or the US Virginia Islands as long as you didn't cross over to any of the BVI's.

if you've had the jab, just come to Florida and start in Pensacola and drive to Key West. You'll see lots of neat stuff and travel many more miles than your planned trip while remaining in just 1 state. Or, travel around Texas and you'll cover more miles than almost all of Europe
