Kind of reminds me of those televangelists who scream at others to obey the bible while they are sleeping with the parishioners wives. The competition as you put it was getting a free ride on energy companies grid which amounts to them being forced to subsidize their competition. As I have said ad nauseam in here alternative power is not affordable without being subsidized and the collapse of solar in Nevada proves me correct once again.

 

As I said earlier forest are being bulldozed to make farmland to feed a growing population so your calling discussion of your choice to have children and increase the population is not the strawman you claimed now is it.

now in your case you preach renewable energy while sitting in you fossil fuel powered air conditioning, driving your fossil fuel powered car. Who is the hypocrite here ? you need to start practicing what you preach. Sell your car and ride a bicycle everywhere, go off the electric grid and cover your roof with solar panels. Disconnect from the water supply and dig a well. Then tell me how I should live. I love my central heat and air and my vehicles just the way they are. That new tankless hot water heater is a blast, I can take long hot showers on cold days powered by natural gas, I love it

15 K people were died in the UK last year due to having to decide between fuel and food. How many will the AGW people kill this winter ?

 

I see claims without evidence. I know of no laws that will stop people from having air conditioning, cars or even private jets. Energy is at historically very low prices. AGW may indeed kill people this winter....that is why we are trying to slow it down. LOL

 

slowing it down by making energy more expensive so that people have to choose between food and heating their homes is doing them a favor? that's pretty twisted logic. are you so blind not to realize what you are doing to the poor and the old or do you just not care? AGW programs haven't even started to affect fossel fuel prices yet. So this stuff id happening under the CURRENT model. If AGW lead to floods, hurricanes, food shortages and massive weather events....how is trying to slow down that process hurting the poor?

 

Sorry but is this report from the NEA about old cold houses? The answer is not to make energy cheaper but to insulate the buildings better. There are houses in England that even today do not have indoor plumbing because they have not seen renovation since victorian times

Now the guardian artcile is actually about a CHARITY and the report comes from that charity as part of it's rationale for wanting to get money from other people. When one logs onto the charity website it is even more interesting because rather than plans to provide cheaper fuels there are plans for smart meters and energy efficiency strategies

 

You are not going to slow it down unless you go after methane instead of Mazdas and poor people like their hamburger helper.

You probably want to stop eating commercially available food of any kind whatsoever if you really believe that something needs to be done. Put your money where your mouth is. All those new roads the dems are always wanting release a massive amount of CO2 as soon as they start grading them, not counting all that carbon heavy asphault. The DNC and its harpies don't want to do a damn thing about CO2 because every single thing they support outside the AGW nonsense leads to massive releases of CO2. Tell me how people need as living wage so they can consume more and release more CO2 and deplete more natural resources. That one is always a hoot for me.

 

So when will the EPA or any other agency deny AGW? When does that happen? It certainly has not happened yet
