Well I see Republican Cindy Hyde-Smith beat Democratic challenger Mike Espy in the U.S. senate race in Mississippi. To help, Trump flew in and campaigned with her. More proof Trump is more popular with the “folks” than the MSM lets us know. Her election makes her the first woman ever elected to Congress from Mississippi. The MSM went all out to hurt her campaign showing over and over her making a comment about being willing to attend a public hanging. The MSM wanted to make it a racial comment. They also kept showing a photo of her wearing a Confederate cap and holding a rifle. The Jackson Free Press reported that Hyde-Smith had attended a private high school that was founded in 1970 so that white parents could avoid attempts to integrate public schools. Hyde-Smith's daughter later attended a similar private school established around the same time, according to the Free Press. CNN reported that Hyde-Smith once promoted a measure that praised a Confederate soldier's effort to "defend his homeland". The MSM has no shame and is now beside themselves that they can’t damage Trump and get democrats elected. The MSM thinks they are in charge. Several companies that had donated to Hyde-Smith's campaign, including Walmart, publicly withdrew their support for the senator over the public hanging comment. Who the hell needs a PC Walmart. Well let’s see, this means Republicans will hold 53 seats to Democrats' 47 seats in the Senate in January. The GOP grew its majority in the Senate by two seats in this year's midterm elections. But the Democrats took control of the House. Trump did good.
The MSM keeps calling her a white supremacist. I guess all you need to be one is to be white and republican. Im glad to see the MSMs overuse of the race card blow up in their faces
