You don't have to be a racist to disagree with someone politically, nor does that disagreement make you a racist.

What I said above is true, but you should note that you can only really speak for yourself here. The race card does get overplayed, but there are plenty of very real racists out there. If you don't believe me, go spend some time in a small town, you'll find them. I've lived the last 37 years of my life in a small Pennsylvania town, including having grown up and attended elementary and high school here. Racism is alive. It's not everywhere, it's certainly not the way it was 60 or 70 years ago, but to pretend that it doesn't have influence and that people don't make choices based on it is as foolish as thinking everyone who disagrees with you is a racist.

The liberals overplay the race card and the right-wingers underestimate racism. Listening to some of you, you'd think racism was a thing of the past, that you'd only find it under a rock in the middle of the night in the woods. That's simply untrue.

Remember, you don't have to defend racists just because they may agree with you politically.

 

Yet, here you are, the only one to have brought it up.
I guess those that think others bring race into every issue, is because that's all those people see is race in every issue.

Stop it. White supremacists are extremely rare. There are very few of those idiots running around. Liberals portray them as common and hiding behind every tree. You guys say everyone who disagrees with you is a racist. It doesn’t matter what the issue is.

 

I remember a few years ago there was going to be a white supremacy rally in DC. They got the police out in force to protect them and secured a few blocks of the city. The day of the rally 17 idiots showed up. No one even noticed them. I laughed.

 

Yet, the R party has a grand total of 4 or 5 blacks representing them in congress. Out of about 300 people.
Votes/actions, paint a different picture.
They may not all be white supremacists, but there is definitely a lack of seeing blacks as equals.

You only think every issue where one is not in agreement with you is racist. That's your issue alone.

 

So you count needs by race. I knew that. The Democrats are the ones who look at blacks as being inferior and can’t achieve any degree of success on their own merit. What liberalism has done to the black population is akin to a crime.

If the poster really thought it was about equity, there'd be no discussion of racism.
For everyone would be treated similar regardless of any color, race, gender, ethnicity, etc.
I am quite sure that's not the posters intent.

In my experience, liberals, the group the other poster complains about, is most always about treatment of everyone for who they are personality wise and not for any other reason.

 

It was a typo. Count “heads” by race. The first thing liberals like you notice about someone is their race.
