Second headline: Trump's attorneys said it would be "impossible" for him to put up the full bond amount without selling off some of his properties.

LOL. This is the guy to claims to be a multi-billionaire but all he can scrape up is 100 million out of the 600 million he will need for both NY civil trial cases??? LOL, what a ****ing loser.

This has forced him to admit: "I don't have the money, Judge!"



For anyone who may have been hiding under a rock the last days, Trump's lawyers sent the court a brief a couple of days ago where they indicated their "intent" to appeal the 465 million dollar decision, but "intent" is not the same as actually making the appeal. And since he has not posted bond yet, if it does go to the appeal court, NY law says he MUST post 120% of the court's finding against him before the appeal court will even consider his appeal. And since he plans to appeal without posting bond (which is not illegal, it's just stupid), then Laetitia James can quite literally start to tear apart his businesses TODAY.

Oh, and in the most recent brief asking, well, actually, begging that Trump should only have to pony up 100 million, not all of his lawyers signed that brief. Christopher Kite's signature is noticeably missing. Hmmmmm....

Trump has tried every trick in the book to get out of this and nothing has worked.

And BTW the 83.3 million decision against him in E. Jean Carroll II hasn't been paid yet, either.

On March 21st, his ****ed up truth social thingy is supposed to be merged with another thingy and the are supposed to go on the stock market and there he hopes to become a billionaire (you know, what he already claims to be) overnight. So, what he is trying to do here is to buy three weeks time. Probably won't happen.

Oh, and his criminal trial in NY still starts on March 25th, he can't stop it. A defendant in a criminal trial must be present every day of the trial. If he goes on the lam, then NY puts out an arrest warrant, finds him and locks him up in jail when he's not sitting in an orange jumpsuit in the courtroom. Wonderful optics.

Oh, and all that money that his mindless lemmings send to him to help him means less money for him for the primaries and assuming he is still alive in the Fall, for the election.

I must admit, the schadenfreude I am experiencing at watching his illegal imperium get cut off at the balls - is immense.

What’s even better is that it was all self inflicted.
Had trump acted like a patriotic adult and accepted his loss with some grace and dignity, like every single potus before him, he would be riding high today, but he lacks the character and courage to act like a man.
