New details are said to prove obstruction, of the highest order, on many occasions. And members of congress as well.

The details are said to leap squarely into the realm of high crimes and misdemeanors. At this stage, the Dems will continue to inch forward, with the ALREADY available evidence, and add anything new as they go.

And the right wingers will howl, that the Dems should ALREADY have impeached, and they are JUST being political.

IT is looking like Trump TRULY will be imprisoned, if he loses the election. That means, he will do ANYTHING. Any means necessary, to avoid losing the election. So he can run out the statute of limitations.

The walls are closing in, and soon, those chiding us all, with ANY DAY NOW, will have their day, and all the days after. Soon. It is inching forward. Daily.

    :roflol: never heard this before...

    You got him now DERP....

If Democrats believed their own propaganda they would be well into impeachment already. By the time they finally have everything they need to impeach, trumps 2 terms will be over.

tenor.gif Lolz ... Trump will just have to impeach himself. :roflol: All of the (D) House committees mock impeachment trials have come to a screeeeeching HALT. :police: The dirty DNC's best witness, Sideshow Bob Mueller just informed Nadler he will not be testifying May 23rd ... and Bob hasn't offered a date to which he's agreeable. I don't think Bob likes all the transparency AG Barr is providing. (R)'s who've read the unredacted Mueller report are salivating, whilst Nadler appears to be more than "mildly nauseated" at the prospect of Mueller being questioned by (R) committee members. What a freakshow the (D)'s are putting on.

29 investigations going on and the mockery by the right foretells in the near future their screaming desperation

The FBI is already investigating Barr

The redacted Mueller report already provides ample evidence of the impeachable offense of obstruction of justice. Everything else is just noise.

I googled "FBI investigating Barr". I did not get back a single response except for all the investigations Barr is doing.

Yep. Obstruction that did not obstruct in the investigation of a crime which did happen.

Your comment about "a crime which did [not] happen" is immaterial to obstruction. If you lie or otherwise obstruct and investigation, you commit OOJ. And kriman just because you can't find public knowledge of the investigation is also immaterial.

I agree with you about Trump's coming resignation and pardon.

As you know, an underlying crime (conspiracy with Russia) is not necessary to charge someone with obstructing justice.

As you know, attempting to obstruct justice is the legal equivalent of obstructing justice.

    .
That is the law, but it is ridiculous. It is just an indication of how desperate the democrats are.

Yes, but sadly the charge ISN'T "obstruction" ... It's obstruction of JUSTICE. So when the FBI sets about spying, lying and entrapping innocent citizens ... that's considered an INJUSTICE. A president has every right to obstruct a coup.

You are welcome to your opinion about the efficacy of the law. But it is the law.

I find your argument the Dems are "desperate" for wanting to hold the POTUS accountable for breaking the law ludicrous. One could say desperate.

When it is an investigation in search of a crime with an obstruction which did not obstruct for a crime that did not occur, it is truly ridiculous. Desperation describes it perfectly.

Since I already post too much, largely because I find it difficult to resist replying to nonsense like yours, I am going to add you to my ignore list.
My final words to you are...........

As you know, authorized surveillance is not spying, it's authorized surveillance.
As you know, a legally authorized investigation is not a coup, it's a legally authorized investigation.

These are distractions made up by the prez and his supporters to muddy the waters. They are not founded in the truth or the facts in evidence. Investigating Nixon's crimes was not a coup. Clinton's impeachment was not a coup. Making irresponsible, insupportable claims about what is happening relative to Trump is garbage. I'm done with it and done with you.

Illegally authorized surveillance. That is spying. The question then becomes whether the investigation was legally authorized. That is why there will be an investigation and why the democrats are suddenly becoming very nervous.

I'm all broken up over being put on ignore. But I assure you a fraudulent FISA warrant, amongst other illegal methods, erases any guise of the spy op being LEGALLY permissible surveillance.

If you have evidence the multi-faceted process required to obtain a FISA warrant, that includes the approval of FISA court judges reviewing the evidence presented to them, was corrupted, provide it.

If he puts enough people on ignore he can have his nice quiet little sound bubble where in no one will disturb his thoughts...

Relying on whataboutisms is nothing more than evidence of an inability to address the matter at hand.

The pass Democrats gave Clinton proves they could care less about laws.

If Democrats believed their own propaganda they would be well into impeachment already.
