One hour after I came across the picture in my previous post, I watched a BBC news segment about the latest Muslim terrorist attack (the one in which Sayfullo Saipov killed eight people in New York), and it followed the script to a tee.

The journalist who presented the segment, Jon Sopel, attacked president Trump for allegedly being divisive. Then we were treated to a clip of the anti-American, anti-Western senator Upchuck Schumer who also attacked president Trump for allegedly being divisive, and then they wheeled out some Muslim leader who told us that ISIS doesn't represent Islam, that mosques are really places of peace, etc.

Sure they do.

 

Technically speaking, you're being redundant as "smarter" and "more intelligent" are essentially the same thing.
Additionally, you're assuming that students who do well on tests are more intelligent which has been proven false due to certain valid learning disabilities such as dyslexia & other factors yet to be discovered
.
The smartest people I know are also the most modest about their accomplishments & don't feel a need to put down those who aren't so bright.

I think that there are different measurements of intelligence and people who test well sometimes fail dismally at abstract problem solving and critical literacy.

Briefly put, what's in someone's noggin requires a far more thorough examination than how they score in a Western academic environment & arrogance just invites a good thumping which is not so bright.

I wasn't intentionally avoiding the question but attempting to clarify it.
Meanwhile, your question assumes that all students know each other's grades which is not always the case and assumes that "A" students are smarter & work harder which is also not the case.
But I'll answer what I consider a flawed question as best I can.
I don't believe that "A" students insult lower achievers simply by virtue of their higher scores nor do they invite jealousy, enmity (despise is a verb) & persecution unless they intentionally flaunt their achievement & ridicule others.

 

They do. Trust me. It’s a well documented phenomenal. And no, high achievers do not have to flaunt their achievements; they have an aura of success about them.

Libero and Il Giornale are two of Italy's major newspapers, they're owned by Italians, and they're strongly critical of Muslim immigration into Europe. After the November 2015 Paris attacks, in which Muslim terrorists killed 130 people, Libero ran the headline "Islamic bastards" (Bastardi islamici) on the front page.

I cannot remember any lasting very long, in public anyway.
I cannot remember any fruition beyond the initial "press".
