I don't know if it is accidental or purposefully, but you seem to be confusing constitutional interpretation with judicial (or congressional) oversight of the Executive branch....... unless I'm missing something.

Courts are to interpret the law not use it as a political tool against a president your party hates

The libertarians are a small and ineffective group pushing a political philosophy that won't work in modern civilization,

Obviously you do NOT understand what the term "ALL Legislative Powers" actually means in the Constitution. The INTENT of the Founding Fathers was abundantly CLEAR by their ACTIONS in the FIRST Congress.

RodB is a libertarian constitutionalist who believes his opinion outweighs the Constitution, American history, and the development of constitutional law.

Josephwalker, Freshair backed his comments up. All laws struck down by the courts as unconstitutional remain so until final adjudication.

look it up yourself, I am not gonna look up all the laws the SC found unconstitutional over the years

if you think the SC has never declared a law unconstitutional, do some research of your own, you might learn something

It could be during the Rapture, and it would still be fascist and unconstitutional.
