And still, neither the state or Fed, controlled by Biden has even made the accusation. While the FEC chose not to pursue the case

No. This case relies on the accusation that this was a campaign expense, not a business expense

No, the key was that he was a Republican while Podesta, Joe and Hunter were democratic foreign agents.

They spent millions and years investigating, complete with illegal FISA warrants and Russian operatives and found nothing.

Which business records is Trump claimed to have falsified? Have you yet bothered to read anything on this case!

Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust. Did you have a relevant point you wanted to make? String together a few words if you can and make one.

Lol. You have just shown that "Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust" is not a business record! Now, what do you think is done with those records mentioned in the charges? What do you think is being referred to as "
with intent to defraud and intent to commit another crime and aid and conceal the commission thereof"?

English must be a second language for you. For anyone else reading this-
"made and caused a false entry in the business records of an enterprise, to wit, an invoice from Michael Cohen dated February 14, 2017, marked as a record of the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust,"

Very accurately analyzed and stated. True on all counts. And a nation like this could end up in peril with this sociopathic narcissist at the helm. His "character" is devious & unethical and always has been. But like many sociopathats, he has managed to convince a group that he is the victim. He, in fact is the devious aggressor who learned early in life that having money is the key to controlling situations, and getting HIS way.

There are people that will support tRaitor tRump this November NO ... Matter ... What!!! He can't get any more popular with that crew.

BUT! IF he testifies it will work against him and increase the chances of conviction. BUT! Then! If he sentenced comparably to Cohen, he'll spend most of a year in jail ... only to get out and get tried for perjury! ROFLMAO!

It is so bizarre. He believes that a conviction will make him more popular. IF a criminal gains political popularity by being convicted......... then some part of society (that supports trump ) is in a reverse/alternate reality. He is also suggesting that crime can be very helpful politically. IS that how low things have gone?? If one wants to be politically popular , get convicted of a crime. A very low bar for behavior.

    https://edition.cnn.com/politics/li...t-04-04-23/h_952fe61252e8d3fe42d9ad975ce2102f

Trump personally signed checks reimbursing Cohen, his attorney at the time, for the hush-money payment made to adult film star Stormy Daniels, the statement of facts said.
    ....
The document also detailed how two of the payments were made from a trust set up in Trump’s name, but nine subsequent ones, “corresponding to the months of April through December of 2017, were paid by the Defendant personally.”

????? January 20th 2021 saw the peaceful transfer of power to Joe Biden. Unlike January 20, 2017 that saw widespread violence in DC because Hillary and the dems claimed Trumps election was illegitimate. Dems still deny Bush won legitimately against Al Gore. What are you going on about?

Yeah. That shows it WASNT a campaign expenditure. UNLIKE Hillary campaign and the DNC direct payments for the Russia Russia hoax. And the Russia Russia hoax was exclusively for the benefit of the Hillary campaign while Trumps payments were to benefit Trumps personal image important to his businesses and marriage.

Really? Really? You're going to compare Sore Loser Trump's childish behavior from November of 2020 to January of 2021.to some citizen protestors. Once the SCOTUS ruled, Gore conceded Hillary conceded the night of the election. That's the only viable comparison.

Once Trump reported the money as legal fees to his business, he allegedly committed a crime. After the Access Hollywood tapes, Trump wanted no more public airing of his sex scandals before the 2016 election. So he allegedly made the payments, to hide information from voters, which is a crime. Also, Trump declared business tax write-offs of the "legal fees", which is allegedly another crime.

    Other facts
    • AMI paid a $187,500 fine to the Federal Election Commission for making an unlawful campaign contribution.
    • Cohen has Trump on tape, approving the payment method.
