Trump is a bad person. Why would anybody vote for him?

I am upset that her race and gender were her main qualifications. She's not a brilliant legal mind. she's not a great legal mind. She's probably a good legal mind but that is not what we want on the court. And it's idiotic that Biden made her race the qualifying issue and thus eliminated lots of top minds. I have been an attorney since 1984. I have followed court politics since I was a freshman in college. I have had friends attend every one of the top 15 law schools in the USA and dozens at places such as Harvard, Columbia, Yale, Chicago and Stanford (which are the main sources of USSC justices and clerks). and I have never ever heard of a black female being the top student ever in those schools. So when Senile Joe limits his picks to a group that has NEVER ever produced the top student at a top law school, it is pretty pathetic

I'll tell you for the 10th, or 15th time that I will not be supporting either one of those fools, not the fat whiner, nor the guy who is too old and frail for the job. I will vote on Florida issues on abortion and legal lot, and other minor South Florida related matters.

2) how have Biden and Biden/Obama justices ruled
3) how have Trump's Circuit judges ruled on gun issues

Indeed. Its the honest thing to do when neither candidate represents your views. I have been saying all year that I wish Biden would step down, and there is no way I'd vote for some one as morally corrupt as Trump. I find it strange you'd believe every promise he makes, when his track record proves he'll lie about everything, even when there is reason to lie.

I don't see what their appointments or rulings have to do with my views, but I do know that after Obama, Trump and Biden, the guns laws as as loose as they have ever been, and it doesn't have much to do with the judges. I believe Heller ruling took place before any of those 3 took office.

you don't think judges matter? we both know a bunch of deep blue states have tried to ban all sorts of guns and avoid the federal law that prevents suits designed to bankrupt gun makers as a form of dishonest gun control. we also know that the success or failure of such schemes is based on the judicial picks of the two parties

You may want to read up on what happened to Trump casinos……..only 2 of them were in Atlantic City, the other three were not in AC. Beyond that the detention facilities were not that safe and security so segregating children was a safety issue.
