Always winning is Humoty, ey. The full panel tersely rejected his appeal, and not one of the Judges even sought a vote on the matter. His appeal to that Full Court was dismissed. Said Court included three Judges appointed by Humpty.

So, the gag ordered by the Trial Judge remains.

Remember, Humtpy had already lost an appeal to a three Judge Appeal Court, now he has lost to a full bench.

Who advises this idiot? Is there no Attorney capable of telling the moron that he just cannot always get his way and to shut the **** up?

Its funny because the first thing i saw on this subject today was one of my more left leaning sources and they framed it in a way that was positive for the Donald which confused me a bit. But apparently they think the SC will rule in his favor and that will have larger consequences compared to if this court had ruled in his favor. Was interesting. Who knows politics wild here.

None. It is a discretionary power Courts have confirmed by SCOTUS.
