Trump needs to explain why he had these documents. Per the avadavat, they weren't exactly secure and considering some of the classifications, they needed to be. At this point it appears the Archives wanted those documents and ensure those documents are secure. They've obviously been in contact with each other, so what is the Trump stance? Some of the avadavat, mentions Fisa, which we know he declassified during the Russian Hoax, so we could read the warrant request. It also mentions some of the classified materials were his handwritten notes. At this point, it seems his dumb ass is fighting over personal and PRA stuff, and it got to the point they felt he was stalling. The AG saw an opportunity, got the warrant and they collected the documents, and NOW we have a f'ing mess.

Trump can claim he was working with them and turned over even handwritten notes, the AG can claim they're gov't documents and some unsecured classified document, but nothing to charge Trump with. Both are at fault, are beginning to look stupid, and it probably helps Trump claim victim and get donations and votes. Can Trump and Biden just go away.....

 

Donald Trump does not believe in the law when it wants to hold him accountable for his actions. He pays lip service to it only when he thinks it will benefit him.

The FBI did act in a lawless manner when they stole declassified documents from his home for no legitimate reason.

Except the reason that declassified or not, the documents belong to the government, not Trump. So sad.
Trump already admitted they were government property when he sent the first batch back at the government's request.
He lied and said ALL documents were returned. That goes beyond any "classified" vs "unclassified" argument.

I have no idea what you are trying to imply or state outright here, but there was nothing illegal about the warrant to search Mar-A-Lago nor was there anything illegal about the search that was a result of that warrant.
