Park Police keep changing their story. First it was because they were trying to comply with the city curfew. Then an unnamed operations manager in the report said that was false and they don't work with the city. You know what they say about people who keep changing their story...

Are you including yourself in that group? You seem fine to being deceived by Kayleigh McEnany who appears to have conveyed a false version of the events that day. So, do you believe her (who is the mouthpiece of the administration) or do you believe an account that took a year to be reported?

 

By all means, try distraction to avoid the obvious.

 

It doesn't need to be true to have the desired effect. By the time the truth comes out, a thousand other meltdowns will have taken place.

 

How is it distraction to post the exact words the press secretary used when describing the purpose of the clear out of the park? The fact that it is contrary to this new information suggests that either 1 - the press secretary was given bad information by Trump, or 2 - this new information isn't correct. It doesn't make sense for her to be given bad information and, surely, the press secretary would be made aware of the fencing story.

Either way, I'm curious as to why you think it took a year for this to come out. And why didn't McEnany just give the real reason instead of fabricating such a polarizing story? And why are you so quick to believe the words of an IG, as throughout the Trump administration, they were villified at every turn. Fired even.

The IG has issued what occurred and is wasn't because of Trump, it was fake news all along. Geez I have worked MANY huge shows blocking off multiple city blocks and the best time for fencing to come in is during the night when there isn't a lot of traffic or people trying to get around. Is this the best you got SEE it was at NIGHT that means it was TRUMP!!!

 

So you can't refute the IG but still believe the fake news taking it on blind faith.

 

Yea, like in this case all the communications between the departments and the contractor and the park police and even the invoices for the work. What they needed to determine the timeline of events. What they focused on. And it was not about Trump.

 

As I told someone else in this thread, I will believe what I saw with my own eyes live on TV. It has nothing to do with the news, just what I saw happen.

But I have this thread bookmarked so in the coming weeks so I can remind you all of your blind faith in the government and what they tell you.

Lets see how consistent you are with that in the future.

Didn't need to it was the Park Police and Secret Service who were in charge and made the decisions.

No one knows who they talked to. Just some unnamed officials who won't go on record.

 

There isn't a noble bone in Trump's body, including his appointments, just look the kinds of people close to him, Barr, Manafort, Flynn, Stone, yadda yadda, they are either in jail, pardoned, or soon to be in jail.

Indeed. And it was done for Donald. The report makes it rather clear that Barr ignited it all when he said that Donald was about to show up, so the people had to go. And without a warning the secret service started to beat away the peaceful protesters helped out by prison guards. If it was up to the park police, and it was up for them, they wouldn't have done it at that time. Do note, this was less than an hour before curfew.

The entire report hides behind a line that it was legally justified because of they wanted to put up some fence. None the less,.. it was Barr who did it for Donald.

 

I snap responded in Post 2 that I didn't think this report was the entire story.... sounds like there's much more work to be done...

A very obvious question would be whether Barr, or someone else from the White House, ordered the Secret Service to start attacking the protesters. The IG did not even try to figure this out: "[We] did not seek to interview Attorney General William Barr, White House personnel, Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) officers, MPD personnel, or Secret Service personnel,"

At a glance, I'll say the USPP was charged with clearing the park peacefully for their fencing project, but Barr expedited it with the Secret Service for the Chump walk under that guise...
