All human beings on American soil are under our legal jurisdiction. Citizens, tourists, illegal aliens. Everyone. It would take a constitutional amendment or a criminal supreme Court to misunderstand and misinterpret the 14th amendment.

However even the current judges on the supreme Court would never agree to Trump's fascist misinterpretation.

I think it would be great if Donald Trump would run on trying to demolish the 14th amendment or ignore it. It would show how he has become a true fascist. He could also claim that we need to stand by what our founding fathers wanted with regard to citizenship which is for only white men to be citizens. Which would be more proof that Trump is a racist fascist.

All persons born in the United States are citizens. The 14th Amendment says so. If you don't like it you are free to amend the Constitution. If Trump dared to try to challenge this he would receive a unanimous smackdown by every single federal court. Including the Supreme Court.
