A court is not a fact finder(especially when neither side has actually produced concrete evidence. Oh, we all know what the NY Court accepted as evidence, but that's not evidence certainly not at the criminal level.)

In order to be a fact finder, one would have to neutrally and dispassionately view the facts. The fact in this case, is that neither side has demonstrated concrete evidence. Even the "witness testimony"(such as it is, btw) is nothing more than regurgitating what the plantiff(Carroll said), the witness didn't even have anything meaningful to corroborate the case.

So we're left with this stupid he/she said dispute, and instead of I don't know, dismissing it(like the courts tend to dismiss most other cases.). This is where we're at.

It's a joke. Always has been. The monetary damages just confirm the circus act.
