What do you mean? Nixon was considered a good President. His downfall was erasing tapes that showed some of his key members broke into Democratic headquarters. He didn't plan it and didn't know about it till after it happened. He erased the tapes because it showed he was told about it and didn't say anything.

Oh he did some things to try to help cover it up and that is what really doomed him. I recall seeing something with John Dean where he talked about having to convince Nixon that robbing their safe and then firebombing the Brookings Institution was a monumentally bad idea and make him a conspirator to premeditated murder if any of the guards died.

 

'will he follow through' is the big question, and perhaps most importantly 'will he hire people that will help or hinder'. So far he is on track to do well. But there is a long way to go and a long line of accredited establishment insiders looking to get a foot in the door to sabotage the 2nd American (bloodless) Revolution.

He can probably do some things pretty easily like get some of the content neutrality stuff passed. I am guessing Big Tech will actually support it because then the can ax a huge chunk of their moderation payrolls. Zuckerberg has alluded before to supporting a universal moderation standard across all platforms. He just isn't keen on any platform being held to a different standard than others. As for driving career civil servants out, there may be a sacrificial lamb from time to time but once you start reaching beyond the jobs that require presidential appointment, you get into a thick jungle of protections for those workers.
