in pro archery we have two divisions-LADIES and OPEN. the big money shoots-such as the Vegas open, the top prize in open is -with contingencies-well over 100K. In order to even contend for that you have to shoot a 900/900 and then survive a tough shoot off. In the women's pro division, a 900 almost always wins outright. So top women have a choice -shoot the ladies and if they win get about a fourth of the prizes or shoot open but they need to shoot perfect to even get into a shoot off

Since the various sports organizations are not government agencies, but private organizations, the EO is not enforceable. So any given sports organization can flip off Trump and allow transgenders to play in their women's divisions. Now that may have adverse effects on the number of cis women who remain in that sport, but that's a different topic.

EO's aren't federal legislation. And they might well deny it. We've seen when Trump appointed SCOTUS judges have ruled against him during his first term.
