    No one in New York history has never been prosecuted for financial fraud where there was no complaints from banks, no damages, etc. This is political by an activist attorney general, and an activist clown judge. They snicker and laugh at what they are doing. It is a game to them. We'll see if there is any credibility at appeal.

    I would like him to persecute those propelling the Russia hoax. And seek restitution for the asinine state charges, and where possible have legal fees paid by those states, plus try to get them disbarred.
    Then a general libel lawsuit against the MSM.
    FBI CREDO: "It doesn't matter whether you win or lose or what tall tales propelled your case, your defendants are just as bankrupt and personally ruined as if they were guilty."
    So show us whether the Constitution is worth the paper it is printed on!

    My theory is that it's all by design, the claims of rigging, etc., to rationalize future cheating and other behaviors. It's a shame so many fall for it.

    When you are in business, you have lawyers and accountants. Appraisals are always subjective. You can have actual value and there is marketable value. The Trump name in itself ads values as well. There are high appraisals and there are low appraisals. A good business person trying to get the best deal will go with the high appaisal. There is nothing wrong with that. Especially since there is a disclaimer that states it is subject to review by the bankers lawyers and accountants. That is just standard business practice. The banks had no problem with Trumps numbers. They gave the loan and he paid them back. That is precisely why no one has ever been prosecuted in a similar situation....until now that is. A leftist AG who claimed long ago she'd get Trump. A leftist activist judge who taunts and laughs at the defendant is completely out of character for a judge. Did Trump break the law? Maybe but this is a 1st time political witch hunt!
