To be honest, it's very possible to introduce UV light to the inside of the body.. Its our layer of skin that stops it from penetrating but once a source of UV was ingested there would be nothing to prevent it from passing thru organs and such.. It could possible be used to protect a patients lungs perhaps reducing the need for a ventilator!

I provided a link to a specific issue. Trump's suggestion to inject anything is completely wrong, but there are some studies that have shown sunlight and humidity help prevent the spread of the virus. That is in the article !!!!!
