    Michael Cohen observed something interesting, Kushner and Meadows were not on the list, they could possibly have flipped, if so, then what Barr said is an understatement.

    Cohen is a little too bitter at times, makes it hard to put a lot of faith in his statements, but he sure is entertaining to listen to!
    One does have to wonder where Meadows fits in to this, because there seems to be no way he doesn't.

    I agree Meadows testimony would be key, and since he refused to speak right after 1/6, I tend to agree he knows much more than he has stated.

    Well, 2 things..

    I've never actually heard Kushner had anything to do with the defraud scheme here, so I don't think he'd have much to flip on. He can certainly be the 974th person in the administation who heard Trump say he lost, but can't see he's needed to do that either.

    Meadows flipped... Bank it..

    But from reporting about the judge it's most likely she won't pamper them like Cannon does and cause delays from their motions.

    Goverment has 7 days from today to request a trial date

    Defense has 5 days from that to rebut

    Judge Chutkan will set the trial date on 8/28.

    If Meadows did flip, Trump won't have too many legal options. As for Kushner, he may not have participated in the acts, but it is certainly possible he had first hand knowledge of them.

    2 legal eagles on CNN both said January shouldn't be off the table... there are no classification issues and only 1 defendant.

    The civil trial can get pushed... God, nobody remembers that one...
