And no individual can reasonably argue that the so-called "war on drugs" has been effective, or even can be effective. The parallel between illicit narcotic substances and bump stocks is adequate, as it demonstrates the futility in this rule being implemented. No one will be prosecuted unless they are intentionally using such a device for the purpose of trying to commit mass murder, meaning its used will amount to nothing more than an afterthought at best.
No argument there. All drugs should be legalized. The US government has no authority to tell any citizen what they can or can’t put into their own bodies. I don’t think that would be the only time someone is prosecuted. Just being in possession of the item, and having it in plain sight during a routine traffic stop, would land you in jail. Again, I’m in no way saying I support this ban. I’m just pointing out it is most definitely enforceable.
Well this "savage" went out into the back yard today and fired off an AR. And you know what? I didn't kill one single person.
You guys like to think of your selves as superior to all others. Is that what it means to be ‘civilized’? But, then you have been well indoctrinated by your superiors; your ancestors roll in their graves.
You may not think you are but the fact remains you are clueless and know nothing about America or it's people other what you have been brainwashed to think.
Pray tell, how many individuals other than law enforcement actually go driving around with a rifle in open and plain sight, rather than stored in a closed case in the trunk of their motor vehicle?
So a fairy told you that the US government has no authority to tell any citizen what they can or can’t put into their own bodies. And we should take your opinion seriously because...?
Okay, but your statement that the US government has no authority to tell any citizen what they can or can’t put into their own bodies remains unsubstantiated.
killing a police officer cause he tries to seize your illegal bump stock, should get the criminal fried
