    Problem is lower income levels already paid so much lower percentage wise that an equal reduction would have them paying nothing at all.

    I know all of this, its a massive tax on the rich that the poor and middle class dont pay.

    Lol, you find math difficult don't you. No, if we all got a 1% increase in income across the board is would be fine with that. If on the other hand we average Joe's got 1% and tRump's wealthy country club butt-buddies got 4% I'd be pissed.

    There is no way possible, given the complexity of the tax code, even with this reform, that such an outcome could be accomplished.

    Remember the big "gotcha" Maddow tried to hang her hat on regarding the President's stolen tax return? Turns out he paid far more in taxes that year than anyone expected.

    For almost 40 years, every time "tax reform" becomes an issue, the singular refrain is that it always favors the rich. It's the same song, played over and over and over. Should the tax rate on the rich be 70%, where it was before Reagan pushed through a reduction?

    Think about it.

    You're such a good friend of the President, that he invites you to and exclusive dinner with him and other friends on a very important and meaningful day.

    And then, being such good friends, you immediately call CBS and tell them the President said something like 'hey rich guys, I just made you richer'.

    Really?

    Name the sources. The left's MSM has no credibility and has to earn it back.

    It sure is the libs' fault, if they remove themselves from the process, refuse to participate constructively, resort to totally self-defeating idiotic "RESIST", they have no one else to blame, for the bill to pass it had no choice but to cater to the slim Republican majority's common denominator. Keep up the good work of RESIST and get the worst (from the lib perspective) possible resolution. Brilliant strategy.
