Does a President have a duty to enforce the law including election laws? How about upholding the Constitution including what it says about the process of electing the President?

 

Does a President have a duty to overturn an election he lost?

 

And what evidence was he going by to enforce these laws? Were these federal laws? How was he enforcing them?

 

You said no need to impeach, just charge him. But he and his lawyers say you can’t charge him unless he’s first impeached and convicted.
