    According to SEC documents, the current CEO of Trump Media and Technology Group, Patrick Orlando has also been serving as the CEO of Yunhong International, a Chinese-based company. Yunhong International notably operates out of Wuhan, China which has been the center of right-wing conspiracy theories since COVID-19 began.

    Pravda Social is bound to be a hotbed for foreign disinformation aimed at further radicalizing Americans and undermining the current administration and our democracy at large. There is no way Trump will shut down foreign trolls the way Twitter has been doing.

    It's going to happen here as well. Hypocrisy is what the rightwing does. It already happened with previous "free speech" conservative social media ventures. Will I be allowed to criticize Trump on this platform?

    The site encountered technical glitches shortly after launch, with reports that subscribers were shut out for hours. Others had trouble signing on. The site is not expected to be open to anyone who wants to download it until next month.
