When you have a reality show host, without a script, sitting in as so-called president, you can expect less than success. I have yet to hear a cogent explanation from a Trump supporter why all of the so-called president's actions are exactly what Putin would wish for, and I'm not expecting one. I READ the Heritage report you posted. I REBUTTED it, both with my own reading of it and a link to WRI, which itself linked to yet MORE analyses debunking the Heritage report.
