You raise a good point. It appears the "problem" isn't the size of the corporation but the inability to silence them.

I've long supported the idea that we should license the having of children. You can't get a cat for companionship without a license but prisoners serving life can father children in the conjugal visits. I'm not talking terribly strict but just making it something people plan rather than just "happens"

Industrialization of a non first world nation. on the back of a Petro Economy.

Not building the pipeline - in of itself does not change oil usage by one drop - you will still drive the same number of miles next year regardless of the source - and so will everyone else.

Nonsense, If oil and gasoline costs more I will drive less. I may even get a more efficient car. Not all my driving is necessary

Price has nothing to do with this conversation until you show - 1) how there is a significant price differential at the pump on the basis of sourcing from Canada vs Nigeria... and 2) explain how this incremental price differential is going to make a difference to US oil consumption.

and you have not shown that anything of the sort is true - so until you have done so .. quite making stuff up and pretending it is true or has relevance.

and of course - you completely ignore the Ocean Pollution in your calculation- same as idiot AOC and Blue policy in general.

Why don't you answer my question first. How does building a pipeline result in LESS oil being used?

I answered this question 5 times already - what part of "Industrialization of non industrialized populations" increases fossil fuel consumption was not clear ?

What part of "Industrialization" is the root cause of the increase in CO2 and Ocean Pollution - is having trouble getting through.

Would you like some numbers ? How can I help you to understand that AOC is an Environmental idiot.

Some mergers are legal and other aren't. Why would you want to ban legal mergers?

All of it. Do you truly think that the industrialization of non-industrialized populations must always increase fossil fuel consumption? Are you really unaware that there are other sources of energy besides fossil fuels?

Only an environmental idiot would think that.

Why are you asking such a nonsense question - in an attempt to put words in my mouth - in a lame attempt to create a strawman

Of course non industrialized populations do not "have to" "ALWAYS" increase fossil fuel consumption - what a pathetic joke of a statement - generalization fallacy trap on steroids .. No Nation "HAS TO" do anything

Then you go further into your ridiculous strawman suggesting I am unaware of alternatives to oil.

Then you finish with calling me an idiot - for holding a position that you made up - that I do not hold.

Have you nothing but made up false accusations mate - with which to defend your horribly lost position.

The fact of the matter sporty - is that AOC's anti pipeline policy incentivizes industrialization of non first world nations via a "Petro Economy"

Kudo's however - for finally coming to the realization that AOC is an idiot .. as per your words.. wanting to industrialize non first world nations via a Petro Economy rather than the non fossil route.

    Priceless :)

I wasn't calling AOC an idiot.

Yes you did - not directly but - you called her actions idiotic - without even realizing it... so you still have the last word - as I do not challenge your assertion that the Environmental Policy that AOC has adopted is Idiotic..

Yup - only an "Environmental Idiot" - would industrialize non-industrialized populations via Petro Economy - this increases CO2 but more importantly a massive increase to Ocean Pollution.

and this is exactly what AOC's "Not in my Back Yard" environmental Policy does. .. transfers our pollution problems to other nations - in violation of the NGD. Not only that .. but nations far less able to mitigate the Pollution than we are.

You hit the nail on the head .. took you awhile but you finally got it - Dumb and Dumber on steroids is the AOC Enviro plan.
