Time and time again, story after story.... homosexual hate crimes are being debunked (but not after real damage has been done to individuals falsely accused) as hoaxes designed to "sell" an agenda. and then it's often times, simply dismissed by gay supporters as "well, here's a story where your side did it" no denouncement, just deflection. I am SUPER concernened if there was a rash of, let's say Christians, reporting crimes that didn't happen, or were self perpetuated like the acid girl. I was concerned that she would do that. To me, if/when something really does happen to a Christian, it's just a little bit harder to prove it really happened. This is why I can't understand why gay supporters don't seem to care that there are numerous debunking sites who only debunk gay hate crime hoaxes.... is there one devoted to just Christian hate-crime hoax debunking? Why not? Is it a supply and demand issue? I think so. There's an ever increasing demand to push an agenda at all costs, even making up false accusations.
These things are not exclusive to gays or blacks. It has happened with other groups too. Here is the thing for me--it is petty. Even if a person had refused to tip their lesbian waitress or did not let their kid come to a birthday party--so what. When the left tries to present these sorts of things as proof of victimization, they are trampling on the grave of people like Matthew Shepherd who was strung to a fence and stoned to death. Learn to pick your battles if you want people to care, otherwise you are just emotionally masturbating all over the place. I think that most people would bend over backwards to keep something like Shepherd from happening regardless of their opinions on homosexuality, but people have other things to worry about in their day to day lives than some kid's party or some idiot who throws themselves out there publicly on twitter and then doesn't like it when other members of the public say things they do not like.
exactly.... a woman who cries "date rape" in order to get revenge on her boyfriend who dumped her makes it tougher for a woman who is slipped a roofie at a bar and a guy has sex with her to "prove her case" Every false claim of date rape, hurts the women's movement same with blacks same with Christians same with gays. now I know false claims of crimes are not exclusive to just gays, and I realize groups I support do the same tactics.... but judging by the stories on the false claim websites, who scour the net for stories about EVERY demographic.....the sheer numbers of flase claims by gays is astounding. Yet, it's not a problem on PF.com because....
in fact... the debunking site I use.... even includes the acid girl.... but of all the debunked stories.... that's the only Christian based false report they have listed. Where, as you can see by the number of my links shown on PF.com.... there is a glut of gays doing it. I even post the original stories.... filled with comment sections blasting the people saying "lets get all the facts first" as homophobic and bigotted. Then, the follow up story debunking the claim... yet noone apologizing about calling people homophobic that ended up right.
