Carlson has been in Moscow the last few days as spotted by the local media.

While not confirmed, this will be for an interview with President Putin, as well as learning about Russia as opposed to the propaganda.

This is what real journalism looks like, not the fake news garbage we now have on FOX/CNN/MSNBC.

Surely no one could be surprised by this. Tucker has been pushing Putinist propaganda for years. Sad thing is that he probably does it for free.

Well it's not journalism at all at the moment, just a rich American going to the a ballet. Regardless, there are loads of real journalists in Russia, both Russia and foreign, who actually live in and understand the country they're reporting on. Of course, the major problem they face is that if they're perceived as being in any way negative to the Putin administration, they can face serious risks.

It will be interesting if Carlson does interview Putin (which seems like empty speculation at the moment), whether he'll ask any of the key difficult questions or push back against the inevitable spin and lies.

 

He won’t do it with trump, so I doubt he has the courage to do it with putin.

 

When did people who claim to be conservatives start grovelling before Putin? Was it before Trump or because of Trump?

I don't know why people fall for his pro Putin propaganda, I guess it is fashionable in RW world to think of themselves as an independent thinker, so everything that goes against the MSM narrative is embraced, no matter how stupid. Of course, if he wanted to learn more about Russia, interviewing Putin would the last thing to do. But, don't let that interfere with the pro Putin narrative....
