Former representative speaks frankly on Bidens divisive actions and actions being implemented to further divide the country along the lines of alternative perspectives.

Is she right or wrong and why?

She will be one of the Dem candidates and appeals to moderate/conservative Dems and independents and even moderate/conservative Republicans.

I think she knows Biden won't be running in 2024, but its good she portraits herself as someone who understands the divisive politics is hurting the US.

PS the name is Tulsi, not Tulsa.

She is not in any new party, and its the voters who will pick her, not some new party.

I think she, Joe Manchin or some other similarly biased democrat would be a preferable candidate for president in 2024 instead of the list of failures being offered up.

Joe Manchin or Tulsi will not have the left support and Republicans and some Independents will not trust them if they are affiliated with the Democrats.

Doesn't affect my opinion at all. Progressivism is getting kicked in the face politically. Running another progressive is not the answer for the democrats. Running proven losers isn't either.

Probably true that Republicans always vote only Republicans, but in the end of the day she only needs the independents on her side. If she is the Dem nominee, then Dems will obviously vote for her. You think they'd rather pull for a Republican?

This theme is not a new invention of hers. She has been consistently talking about the need for more unity, less divisiveness, and more respect for one another for a long time.

She is a fine American, and I’m sorry she’s no longer in Congress. I hope she gets back into office in the future.

100% right. For a long time now BOTH parties want to unite the country by having the other side come over and accept all of their beliefs. That's what they, including Biden, mean when they say they want to unite the country. Both sides think that if everyone can just sit down at the table and listen to their side, you will realize all of your thoughts, ideas, and policies were wrong and that they were right and the country will be united. No need to meet in the middle and compromise when you can convince the other side just how wrong they were. Surely they will see the light if you just explain it to them.

Tulsi is the rare Democrat with a sense of the sensible center.

America to Biden: It’s Time To Start Singing ‘It’s Over . . .’
    It was truly terrible.
