What was told to the Estonian PM who is definitely not a friend of Russia, is that the bullets that killed both police and civilians came from the same gun. It also came from the building where the Far Right was located. The doctor that gave him the information retracted what she told him later and was given a top position in Kiev, but the Estonian insists it's what she said.

The Ukraine government never investigated, but instead tried to wipe away traces of the bullets in posts, etc. More recently militants from Georgia admitted to having been the snipers since they were not paid the amount agreed upon.

Volodymyr Zelenskiy is on course to beat Petro Poroshenko in Ukraine’s presidential election run-off tomorrow. The TV star won 30 percent of the vote in the first round, 15 points ahead of the incumbent. There are good precedents about TV stars getting elected as president (i.e. Reagan, Trump.) I'm hopeful that Zelenskiy will change the moribund political climate of Ukraine without being controlled by outside powers.
