Rarely do you see the traffic control or the ATC guy later get murdered due to the crash. The killer lost his wife and children in the crash. This has actual audio from both airplanes. Sadly I present it with the caveat if you have a weak disposition, don't watch this crash scenario. You can't see them crash since nobody had video of the actual crash.
That is true for a lot of them. I recall the flight from Berlin to Frankfurt one time when the pilot bounced the airliner like ball on the runway. I then was not a pilot and my pants were brown in the seat.
The killer was released from prison after less than 4 years, partly due to Switzerland's lax sentencing policies, and no doubt partially due to many people feeling sympathy, some even feeling the air traffic controller deserved it. He returned to Russia with much public praise, and was even given a high level local government job, very probably because he had done what he did.
19 years ago two planes crashed, I fail to see how this is worth a thread in 2021. And this one crash does in no way mean "Don't use European airlines if you value your life." What utterly idiotic nonsense. I once was treated by an American doctor who turned out to be painfully incompetent (true story). So, this means don't use American dosctors if you want professional treatment. face palm
