The Russians have no major history as a naval power. They at best have basically had a "GI Joe Navy" A bunch of new, biig shiny ships that cant fight worth a damn. Though to be fair the large scale use of anti ship drones by the Ukrainians is a new tactic that even the U.S. should take not of for future reference.
