Yes, if Uber is making that decision about their policy of their own accord, and it was not government who forced them.

We're just arguing around in circles now.

Or spread rumors to the blind about Korean drivers who will steal their dogs and eat them.

If they are allowed to set the terms before the deal.

For example "Absolutely no dogs allowed, not even service animals", blind person agrees and pays. If the blind person shows up with a dog, the blind person is the one violating the terms of the deal.

That's right I have the right to be a dick especially if it's in my car. It's not a crime nobody's going to arrest me I won't face any fines Uber will. That's what they get for relying on other people's assets to do their business.

Even if I agree to the fair. In fact if I let you in my car and decide I want you the hell out I can stop my car put it in park get out open the door and forcibly remove you anytime I want. Nobody is ever entitled to my property except for me.

In some cases I can agree with that, but in many cases I strongly disagree.

For example, if you are pro-Life, it's probably not a good idea to work in abortion clinic.

If you are Muslim, it's probably not a good idea to work in a Southern BBQ rib place.

You know it's against the law to discriminate against people on the basis of religion.

    nope, you can't

well you can, but you can be sued and arrested

anyone that forcibly remove a blind person and put their lives in danger should be guilty of a felony

no one is doing that, the religious person is discriminating based on their religious beliefs

ones religion does not allow them to break the law, no stoning people cause they pick up sticks on the weekend

I absolutely do I own the asset. More than that I'm not an indentured servant I don't know anybody anything.

Uber was pretty stupid to rely on other people's assets to do their business.

the hell I can't it's my car I am the supreme overlord and dictator within it.
anybody who brings a lawsuit like that against me would be left out of court it would be dismissed with no standing. And I would sue the police officer and probably win for wrongful arrest.
Nobody has any right to my vehicle.

if Uber requires them to violate their religion then yes someone is doing that.
If the law interferes with the free exercise thereof then it isn't a law Constitution trumps Ada

probably not, I would point out their flaws, and they do not want to see them

same reason they tried to hide pedophile priests from the public

denying the blind a ride is a flaw in one's religion
