UK Psychologists Apologise for Role in Promoting Trans ‘Medicine’ to Kids

A group of senior clinical psychologists have apologised for the role their profession played in the promotion of transgender ‘medical’ treatments to children in the UK following a damning report which found that such interventions were done on “shaky foundations”.

In a joint letter published by the left-wing Guardian’s sister paper The Observer, 16 unnamed “senior clinical psychologists”, including some who actually worked in the now-discredited Gender Identity Development Service (GIDS) clinics that prescribed hundreds of children life-altering puberty-blocking drugs, said that their profession led the way in pushing children into such a direction.

I'm not buying their BS! They already knew this was a horrible idea (but a very PROFITABLE one). LOCK THEM UP! What say you?

What say I? Sounds like some people totally ****ed up and it should be investigated, but that Breitbart is baiting their readers into thinking that this is about the treatment being inappropriate for all patients, which is a lie. They pick up a serious story and lie and twist it into their usual "trans people bad" two minutes of hate.

 

Yeah, they owe not only an apology but I would hope for a class action lawsuit once that hits here in the USA. Politicians, doctors, and anyone who promoted it should be held financially responsible.

How many more children have to get mutilated before left-wingers in America stand with decency and end the abuse?

For those individuals supporting that non-sense, you need to have a LONG, HARD look into the mirror and think about why you were so easily deceived by extreme progressives and think about how to prevent that from happening again. Look in the mirror and ask yourself " How did I ever agree with chopping off a 9 year olds penis" ?

Can you cut and paste the part that you think qualifies as "trans people bad" as you state here? I dont see it.

If using such a generalized expression, the only thing I see here is "contributing psychologists bad"

 

This is from the article and is something a lot of us have been saying for a long time. I'm curious to see how American psychologists respond to the overall report.
