    They were high ranking Ukrainian politicians. Ukraine, up until this year (coincidence?) was deemed as one of the most corrupt nations on earth and a haven for white supremacist radicals from USA and UK to go and train in the field of combat.

    Innocent?

    I'll leave that to the discerning voices to determine.
