No it is what an honest person would say and it is factually correct.

Provide a link to a quote where he was thankful for slavery.

And yes it is true Mandela was a lifelong communist and the ANC committed many acts of terrorism many of which Mandela himself directed.

Ever wonder why Amnesty international never endorsed Mandela as a political prisoner? Because he was a violent terrorist and criminal which is why he was jailed.

Pointing out the truth of Mandela is also not defense or excuse for Apartheid.

If not for the slave trade from africa to the colonies, a whole lot of "african americans" would still be in Africa. If that's not a good thing, then it really does suck to be a black in America.

Fortunately, it's a mere 10 hours from Washington DC to Liberia. Some of my naps last longer than that.

So just when did Herman Cain do that?

The thread has already been called out accurately, its "topic" (lulz) is to call any black person who doesn't agree with grievance industry resentment politics an "Uncle Tom." Prove me wrong and state declaratively that none of the following are "Uncle Toms": Clarence Thomas, Alan Keyes, Walter Williams, Thomas Sowell, Ben Carson, Larry Elder, Diamond and Silk, Sheriff Clarke, Morgan Freeman, Bill Cosby, Condi Rice, Charles Barkley.

There are many more successful blacks in various endeavors who do not toe the grievance industry line, but that's enough for now. Simply state that -none- of them are "Uncle Toms" (none of them are) and I'll gladly take back my claim above about this dumbass thread.

When I was in Somalia I knew many Soldiers who expressed similar sentiments. None of them defended slavery but felt grateful that one way or another their ancestors became American.

No it isn't. Nelson Mandela fought against an injustice system of racial apartheid that existed in South Africa. Only a racist fool would label him a terrorist.

Apartheid was unjust and racist but that does not excuse acts of terrorism against the innocent which is what he did.

Yes he was a terrorist that is fact now deal with it.

Nor is it racist to say so so stop lying about racism

    d

Did you read the thread? What's the matter?

Herman Cain puts forward the notion that blacks are not held back by race, but then turned right around and blamed race for the accusations that torpedoed his presidential bid. That is a Uncle Tom.

That's right. It was unjust and racist. Nelson Mandela fought against it. Only a racist fool would label him a terrorist.

Your definition of an uncle tom is changing with each post.

Pick one and stick with it.

Wrong one can be a terrorist as bad as the system one is fighting which is what Mandela was and it is not racist to state those facts.

Sorry but you do not get to redefine racism

    1. Cite Cain doing that in direct quotes. 2. State that none of the blacks on the list I posted are "Uncle Toms" 3. Or just tell us what we already know, any black person who does not toe the leftist grievance industry line is an "Uncle Tom" in your (coloring) book.

That is the third or fourth radically different definition you have given.

Clearly it is you who does not know what an uncle tom is.

Here's something for you. There were people who considered the colonists who rebelled against British rule to be terrorists. Now, you can say Nelson Mandela was a terrorist, but only a racist fool would do so.

Ah, then it's horseshit. Thought so.

Still waiting for your simple statement that none of the people on that list are "Uncle Toms."

Wrong he was a terrorist who deliberately plotted the Bombing attacks of innocents,

And if you are going to quote me quote all of what I said.

It is not racist to point out the fact that Mandela was a communist piece of filth and a terrorist..

He was both. suck on reality.

Nothing radically different. However a foolish racist would see it like that.

I always thought that the uncle Tom character in uncle Tom's cabin was quite sympathetic and definitely somebody to emulate. In fact, Lincoln met with Harriet Bleecher (a white lady) and jokingly said "so you are the little woman who wrote the book that started this great war."

Yes in the book the character was a good person. How the word came to be an insult is not clear to me.

Precision claims it means whatever offends him at the moment.
