and some good industries added lots of jobs.

this is all good for America.

 

And the GOP will take the credit...because it only took them two days to do it

 

Nope this was Obama's doing. This must be those shovel ready jobs he promised 5 years ago.

 

Elect Republicans and it takes 48 hours for the good news to come in.

The economy is slowly recovering in spite of Obama, not because of Obama.

If you think higher taxes and more regulations will speed up recovery, then you have no idea how the economy works.

 

That makes 56 straight months of private sector job growth, the longest period in U.S. history. Oh, yeah - the revised figures ADDED 31,000 more jobs to August and September and labor force participation rose. Just gotta wonder how long it will be before Republicans start "fixing" things. <sigh>

You can't seriously believe that. It's republican policies that caused it all, how would the same policies that caused it fix it?

The economy would have recovered years ago if the republicans had not been doing everything they could to stop it so they could make the President look bad.

 

The 2008 mortgage crisis wasn't a result of republican policies.

Republicans didn't make US workers uncompetitive and overpriced relative to the rest of the world. They didn't flood the country with 3rd world immigrants who didn't speak English and watered down our education system to accomodate them. They didn't lower borrowing standards and force banks to lend to "underrepresented borrowers" (minorities) and drive up the cost of housing by throwing millions into the market all at the same time.

 

No, it recovered in spite of the GOP's attempts to keep in in the toilet. If you think tax cuts will help the recovery, then you have not been alive the last 40 years. You also don't know your economic history.

Hiring two low-wage part-time workers to replace one full-time salaried worker with benefits doesn't make things better. In fact, it makes things worse.
