United nations Environment Programme want s to distribute wealth from the industrialized nations to the third world.

And the vehicle to do this is PRICING CARBON all over the world through the bullsh!t science spread by the IPCC.

The united nations have their agenda of how this will all happen, see below.

Wow, it almost seems as if the UN is using global warming as an excuse to consolidate power.

I am actually in favor of a carbon taxation, so long as it is not some corrupt cap and trade scheme.
And assuming the tax is not excessive.

They have their eyes set on controlling the developed Western countries. Once that has been accomplished, the rest of the world will soon follow.

Because the supply of natural resources is fixed, a carbon tax will tend to be passed back to the owners of the fossil fuel resources. Shifting some of our tax burden onto Arab sheiks and rich shareholders of coal mining companies would seem to be a winner.

However, you are right that cap and trade is entirely different from a carbon tax, and entirely corrupt. It is nothing but a rent-seeking scheme to shovel trillions of dollars into the pockets of the current biggest CO2 emitters in return for nothing.
It would take fine judgment to price the tax exactly right, but there is a big margin for error in current fossil fuel prices.

When has it ever shown any interest in keeping third-rate Arab countries in line?

Well if the aim is to control the developed Western Country, would it not be logical that such an organisation would be able to control a 3rd rate nation with ease. Control enough 3rd rate nations and you begin to be able to control developed Western countries. So far they have been able to control a pot luck at the General Assembly

No, because the SC's role is very limited.

That means that China (the Chinese lower class, the masses) will be taxed the most. In the end it's always the population who will pay the price (tax) (the 'slaves') And when the 'slaves' become angry/fed up, find out and rise, they will be mass organized via the political system and propaganda and dealt with (because every 'slave' owns a tv or is watching Youtube, and believe what the politicians tell them, and trust them)

They have only one agenda, cause anger and resistance in the worlds population (to organize them, line them up), because it will be the foot of the pyramid that is going to feel this taxation (the masses)
The persons with the most wealth won't feel a thing financially (at first), the system needs them on their side (for the time being), when they have control over the lower class/the poor (the masses), the rich will be next target. All wealth goes in one direction, to the top of the pyramid (not to other poor 'slaves') The gathering of wealth means increasing power in this global capitalistic system. The UN is gaining power (it's another 'god' system)
The solution to CO2 is e.g geothermical energy and tidal energy is another candidate to reduce greenhouse gas, or planting more green is another solution to balance the ecosystem (but you will not hear about this at the UN or in politics) They have an agenda (main goal is the 'slave', causing them to rise up, to fight, to resist (by taxing them, influence their lives, put them in fear and so on, to try to mass organize them)

It's only reasonable to expect the UN would come up with a different plan for taxing, er redistributing the wealth from industrialized nations.

Sen. Obama's Global Poverty initiative would have done just what this plan calls for but I guess since he's already taxed us enough the UN is devising a new plan.

    WAIT!

    Hold everything.

I thought I thought Sen. Obama's Global Poverty Act of 2007 was completely dead.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Global_Poverty_Act

    But here it is again!

Read what Dick Morris wrote about Obama's plan last fall and get an idea of how this agenda is still being executed no matter what.

A frigging Communist revolutionary mole acting as POTUS who is getting serious consideration for actually being the anti-Christ, I tell you!
