    I'm not sure what the purpose of the dpt of DEI. Isn't it the job of the whole school to promote diverse thought, equality, and inclusion? It's the job of the kids to achieve equity.

    DEI positions should have NEVER been created in the first place. The mere existence of them insinuates "if you are not white then you need extra help and departments to help you get a job".
    We wouldn't need any DEI crap if it was the way it should be, MERIT BASED!
