Not only the infected employees themselves might sue, but also, patients who caught Covid from hospital staff might sue too. Of course, Risk Departments in hospitals won't want any part of that, so this idea advanced by the notorious anti-vaxxer Kazenatsu is just one more of his incredibly misguided posts.

Did it ever occur to you maybe they ARE being treated differently at some of these hospitals, in some cases?

I have no evidence to back this up, just rumors and anecdotal reports, but some of these doctors are such political fanatics that they may actually be willing to change decisions about treatment options just hoping to nudge the death rates of the unvaccinated a little higher than the vaccinated patients.
I'm certainly not saying flat out murder the patient, but taking a different course of treatment options for the patient for reasons very much not based on the patient's medical wellbeing. (example, something that might help but is unproven, they might give to their vaccinated patients but not their unvaccinated ones; or they may be slightly more inclined to put unvaccinated patients on ventilators knowing it will likely result in a small statistical increase in the death rate, in cases where the patient's condition was borderline and probably did not really warrant that, but it could easily be argued the decision was appropriate)

You said it yourself. As usual you are full of ridiculous anti-vaxxer opinions, but short in facts.

It's not unreasonable to speculate that some hospital workers might be treating patients with contempt when they find out they are unvaccinated.
That type of behavior would certainly not help the situation, and could end up making it more likely for some patients to be combative.

I suppose medical professionals don't view personal opinions on OF as legit sources on vaccines.

Or maybe they're afraid to say what they really think. They'd be risking their careers and retirement pensions.

Nobody, including doctors, is going to impress any thinking people if they refuse to look at testimonies of people allegedly injured by the vaccine, or the testimonies of dissenting doctors.

Sorry but I'm a hospitalist so I know what I'm saying. No, I don't see this attitude when we are acting professionally. We've been trained for too long on the correct professional attitudes to just suddenly forget about them. Sure, among ourselves in our break rooms and charting rooms we comment on the stupidity of not getting vaccinated and how this is keeping the pandemic going and making us all exhausted, but when we're out there with the patients we're compassionate and respectful. Whoever isn't, gets disciplined. People have already introjected the correct attitudes through multiple training and multiple warnings of disciplinary action built into the training, so we act professionally as second nature.
