UPDATE 1-Suspected U.S. strike in Iraq kills 5 militia members - sources (msn.com) Well, another day in the Middle East, another battle. Tell me, where are these countries' security forces? I couldn't help but notice that they were nowhere to be seen. So, you have Israel and Hezbola battling it out on the Lebanese border, but there are no signs of a Lebanese army protecting their own soil against these exchanges happening across their borders. Then, you have the US and Iranian-backed militants going at it across Iraq and Syria, but again, no actions by the troops of either of those countries towards either side. It's starting to look like the wild west. Land as far as the eye can see, and no nation doing anything but sit back and watch.
