US commercial real estate suffers as telework becomes the new norm

From the extreme left point of view, an independent may appear Republican. The economy is far from "healthy". Government spending is out of control. If you need me to back up the fact that inflation is hurting the poor, low and middle income families, I can do that. I think you already know that.

Not that Repubs are much better, in the case of Dem controlled CA, we lead the nation in poverty in spite of having abundant resources and high taxes.

 

That is exactly what is happening in NYC. I thought about investing into that industry but up front costs are steep.

 

Can't rent a tool shed in NYC for less than 3k , lol. Maybe there's more affordable investment opportunities in NJ.

 

Well when I spoke to some contractor friends, the amount of rebuilding is tough. All the electric and plumbing needs to be broken up since public work places had them centrally located. One may have to raise floors and etc. I don't know enough about the individual companies to make sure if I was backing the right one
