I've been complaining about this for a while. Those new flow-limiting restrictors that contractors are required to install into the shower faucets (as well as the supposed "high efficiency" shower heads that go along with them) lower the rate of water to a less than pleasant experience. It's in all the new bathrooms, especially in certain states/provinces.

It feels like just a tiny bit less water flow than the minimum that a regular person really wants. It takes longer to rinse out soap from your hair, with the lower water flow.

The environmental greenies went a little too far with this latest scheme.
If they hadn't set the flow level so low, maybe people wouldn't have complained.

And this is the essence of what a good leader SHOULD do. Look at the broader picture, balance the individual good against greater good. Instead Trump has, as he always has, made it all about him

Ummm... Wouldn't more water pressure be higher standards? Plus it's more green. Higher pressure uses less water.

The lower standards are occurring everywhere because of Trumps executive order that for every new regulation, two must be removed.
While I am not for complete deregulation, I do believe we need this in order to remove outdated regs that impede businesses and productivity that provide little to no benefits.

 

Doesn't he have enough money to move a rainforest into his home? Why is this even a topic of conversation when people are relying on him to lead this country through a pandemic that seems hell bent on wiping out the country as we know it? I would love to say that my gaster is flabbered too, but I can't. Unbelievable.

 

Are you referring to California? Much of that was brought on by too many people from foreign immigration, and the state government ignoring farmers and refusing to build reservoirs - both because the state is deep in debt and they'd rather use the money for other progressive causes, and because their extreme environmental ideology tells them to avoid messing with the natural flow of water.

We have had past threads about that.

 

All the stuff going on in the world and this is what bothers you? LOLOL. Sure, okay, right. "Orange man bad" has to "orange man bad" I guess. I say leave it up to the states to determine what water restrictions need to apply. Hell, we have our own water. We don't get it from the city or the county. It's none of their business what fixtures we use. ****em.

Funny you use the word "obsessing" given that you are obsessed with Trump. To say Trump is obsessing over flow restrictions in showers is a bit of hyperbole eh what?

Mandating flow restrictions in showers may be appropriate in your country but all areas in the US do not have water shortages. It is absurd for the Federal Government to issue regulations for shower heads.

Do you dislike that he signed the Save Our Seas Act which funds 10 million per year to clean tons of plastic and garbage from the ocean? Do you dislike that he signed a bill for airports to provide breast-feeding stations for nursing moms? Do you dislike that he signed the biggest wilderness protection and conservation bill in a decade designating 375,000 acres as protected land? Do you dislike that he loves America and puts Americans first?

Do you dislike that he made a gay man the ambassador of Germany and then asked him to clean up national security and unclassified as much of it as possible for transparency? Do you dislike that he’s kept almost every campaign promise (with ZERO support from Congress who work against him daily!) plus 100 more promises because Washington was much more broken than he thought? Do you dislike like that he works for free, donating his salary to different charities? Do you dislike that he’s done more for the black community than every other President? Do you dislike that he listened to senator Scott and passed Invest In Opportunity Zones to help minorities?

Do you dislike that he passed VA reforms to benefit the very people who served our country and defend our freedom? Did you research the effects of UV LIGHT which is used to disinfect SCHOOL BUSES and medical equipment and is also being used as a treatment for bacteria and respiratory infections by injecting it into humans (search Healight but don’t use Google... they are part of the Deep State and manipulate what we see!
