You haven't been paying attention. About the only time any one mentions Russia is when someone Russian or one of the Putin faithful here brings Russia up in a post. Except Litwin, he seems to have a particular hard-on for Russia.
Oh no, there are much more characteres here than just Litwin. Just look at the forum threads list. You are going for find a lot of topics about Russia that were started not by Russians.

Honestly, we Americans as a group are only mildly curious about Russia, but most of us ARE interested in the Russian people. Yes, everybody tends to choose the news that bring comfort rather than anxiety... As for me personally, I dont care about your troops welfare. At all.
I can respect that as I feel the same way about the troops of other countries. It's not the politically correct thing to say, and of course the SJW's here will get all upset over this, but if we have to kill hundreds, thousands or even millions to save the lives of American troops and civilians, I say so be it. If we have to bomb a hospital where sniper fire is coming from to save our own soldiers, I don't have a problem with that. If we bomb a wedding and kill some "innocent" people to get a prime target that has been integral in attacking American troops or civilians, I have no problem with that. If we have to waterboard some jihad idiot to get information to protect American lives, well it sucks to be him and I don't care. I expect you to feel the same way about Russian troops and civilians. I don't want our military personal to kill others needlessly and without cause, but if it's necessary, bombs away.

I have a comment, history has shown us every time liberals have used the military for social engineering, American soldiers, sailors, Marines and airmen either bleed or die or get raped in the name of political correctness.

Naturally, the commanders had somehow to protect the rest of the German soldiers from the same fate.Because two are only two,but who can ensure that such killings will not continue in the future? So just in order to protect German soldiers, a Sturmfuhrer in the same village drove into the barn a hundred or two hundred peasants and fired them.Not on its own initiative, of course,but quate legitimate, according the order of his commanders.
